Because I've been through all kinds of stress and only eating crap lately, I've decided to become a vegan for one week. And, in a daily basis, (try) to report the results in my blog. So, let's see what happens with me in this week. It's going to be a challenge, of course, but with a little of determination, I may thrive!!
The goal is to eat 6 times/day, every 3 - 4 hours, up to 1500 calories/day. I AM a little bit over weighted and let's see if this vegan diet helps me to loose a few pounds and make me feel better overall, healthier. Also, I want to report how difficult or easy is to be a vegan in Vancouver.
This challenge starts next week. Wish me luck!
